Since you have such a wide blog layout, you should think about making your pictures bigger. That'll fill out the space AND let us see bigger pictures.
Do you know how?
It's not too hard.
When you go into your flickr account, click on "All size" just above the picture itself. Then you'll see "small", "medium", "large", etc. I usually start on MEDIUM which is generally 500px wide/tall on the longest side.
Once you click on MEDIUM and scroll down, you should see "1. Copy and paste this HTML into your webpage:". Highlight that text, copy, then paste it into your blog post IN THE HTML TAB not the normal "compose" tab.
If you want, you can then do a bit of math and make you picture whatever size you want. I think you could safely go up to 700px with this blog template. So a picture that's 500x333 would become 700x466.
How do you make it bigger? Do you see in the HTML you copied from flickr? It says width="500" height="333". Just replace each of those values with whatever you want. Just keep the proportions.
